Design specifically for use in all light duty application. The CM-1031T and CM-900T are designed using reinforced stainless construction. This includes key components such as the cavity assembly, door assembly, outer cabinet and triggerless handle. Unique in design the outer stainless cabinet feature side exhaust vents. Unlike domestic design units that position exhaust vents on top of the cabinet, spilled liquid is prevented from draining into the oven componentry.
Cavity sizes range from a generous 24 litre to large 32 litre capacity. The CM-1031T offers 20 'One Touch' preset programmable menus for simple fast heating of product. Other features include motorised stirrer fan for even heating and ceramic base.
