The Bonn heavy-duty high power Commercial Microwave range offers caters the choice of three models with power outputs of 1900watts, 1300watts and 1000watts. All three models feature exactly the same technical and structural design along with parts and labour warranty's of up to 2 years. The CM-1900T offers a 1900watt power output, the most powerful compact commercial microwave oven available, while the CM-1300T offers a maximum power output of 1300watts from a 10amp power outlet.
Control Panel Designed for speedy easy use, the control panel is clear and precise featuring 30 preset programs for 'one touch' heating. Other features include automatic air filter cleaning notification and self diagnostics to assist in over the phone service enquires. The ovens also log all oven running times to enable the operator/owner to monitor oven usage.
The CM-1900T, CM-1300T & CM-1002T feature a large 26 litre oven capacity. By commercial standards this is approximately 20-30% greater than most traditional high power commercial microwave ovens. Width and depth have been noticeably increased to fit large dining plates and dishes.
New motorized stirrer fans ensure that the microwave energy dispersion is even throughout the oven cavity eliminating ‘cold spots’ in heated foods. Unlike conventional wind driven stirrer fans, motorized stirrer fans are ceiling mounted, unlike top and bottom feed designs, fat and grease does not drain the bottom stirrer causing arching.
Strengthened door construction featuring silicon sealed toughened inner door glass. Unlike clear film lined or plastic inner doors, toughened inner door glass provides easier cleaning and greater resistance against inner door burning due to dishes touching the inner door or hot splattering fat. Toughened glass also resists peeling unlike commonly used clear film sealed doors.
Increased lighting provides greater cavity illumination. 2 x 25 watt light bulbs provide twice the lighting of previous models. Bulbs are mounted in silicon to prevent damage due to door vibrations. Light bulb replacement is made easy through the bulb replacement panel.
